Tom was great and a pleasure to work with. He walked me through and got feedback on the entire process. Additionally, he designed a strategy for our entire house and broke it out in a way that it will be implemented in pieces over the next 3-5 years. All in all the cost of what Tom was designed will be over $15K, so I appreciate his non-pushy nature and his willingness to implement his strategy and vision over the long-term. Overall a class act!

Chris was very professional during the quote and services provided. They even contacted us when there was a potential problem... the garage was built slightly above the ground grade, so the skirt to the garage entrance appeared to be at a high angle. They would not asphalt this area until we tested it out with both cars to make sure the car bottom was not scraped. We would definitely use them again, if the price is right!

They offer more than one service. It was a really great experience with. Every time I called them they got back to me and they were very reliable. I would definitely recommend them again.

They are terrific, in fact we are going to have them out for another estimate. The guy came out, he looked and saw what we needed to do. We weren't sure how much we wanted to spend. He explained that with the equipment it was less expensive to do all the work at one time rather than have them bring all the heavy equipment out again and do the projects separately. They said they could have the job done in a couple of days with minimal tear up which they certainly did. They reconcreted a walk way, put in a dry wall and a paver walk way. They did wonderful, it was a good job. The crew was great, they did as they promised, there were no hidden cost. It looks great. We didn't have questions, concerns or reason to call them again but I'm sure if we did they would be responsive.

Great. Not the cheapest estimate we got, but they showed up when they were supposed to, took the time to explain everything, answered questions thoroughly, did a great job in helping us choose colors, designs, and completed the job in a timely manner. We are very happy with the results. Bill Dooley was our contact at Ross and he did a fantastic job.

They were great guys. I had a great experience at the office getting someone scheduled to come out here to give me the estimate to begin with.

Project was completed within two weeks of approval even with weather delays. The Ross project manager always picked up the phone and answered all questions. The crew cleaned up at the end of each day, and the final result was immaculate. Ross removed several small trees at no additional charge, adjusted the irrigation system to accommodate the patio, and went above and beyond to grade and prepare planting beds around the patio using the soil that had been removed. The workmanship was high quality. Almost all of the soldier course bricks were cut to follow the serpentine path without creating seams. The fieldstone edging was sloped down and run flush with the brick at egress points creating a very professional look. The crew even re-aligned the edge of our asphalt driveway where the brick abutted so it would be parallel to the brick course. The attention to detail and quality work exceeded our expectations.

These guys were very professional. Dan came twice to discuss the layout and explained the design. The job was done in one day and everything went as planned. No surprises, no excuses, no drama, great job.
