Tech was on time,. sending text ahead of time saying he was on his way. He explained everything to my husband and I about what the l2 year old gas furnace needed and we had him replace the circuit board while he was here.

AC wasn't cooling. Scheduled an appointment for next day. I was contacted by a customer service Rep who asked if I was available same day. Technician Jacob R. arrived about an hour later. He found the problem and fixed it. He also checked out the entire system. He was more thorough than the company that I had an annual maintenance agreement with.
