I would like to state up front it has taken us a few years to post this review. But it has gnawed at us since it happened. Treating someone as poorly as the owner of this place has will do that to you. We had contracted Ram to install new cabinets and lighting in our master and hallway bathrooms. At first the work seemed acceptable. We then listed our house for sale and discovered a serious problem. We had not used the whirlpool in our master bath from before we had the work done until we were ready to list the house for sale (as we started traveling a lot when we retired it was a few years). It would not turn on and was causing the circuit breaker to flip off when we flipped the switch. I removed the whirlpool pump to to see if it was defective or not getting power and everything was fine. We had to call our plumber to get it fixed. Our plumber found that RAM had put in a new outlet as we requested, charged us $100 to do so, but ran the new outlet off of the whirlpool circuit. This was a blatant code violation. Our plumber told us the pump could have shorted out or even worse a fire could have started. The installer from Ram was not a licensed electrician. We paid a plumber significant $$'s to fix Ram's problem and we paid Ram $$'s for an outlet that didn't work. We approached the owner about this and he blew us off for weeks. At first said he would rectify the problem, but then he wouldn't return calls, and repeatedly promised and reneged on resolving this. We asked for him to reimburse us for the plumber's charge but he refused. We even had the plumber (one of the best in town) available to discuss with him. So we paid over $300 for an outlet that didn't work, and ended up putting a blank plate over it. This company is so unprofressional (the Ram project manager quit with no notice right when the work was to start) and they do not backup the work they do. Would never use them again. Who needs these headaches besides the risks they subject you too.

It was good. It was fairly decent. They did a good job and they delivered on time and delivered as promised and the cabinet turned out very well.
