We have used them for years, and they are terrific. I have never had any issues with them. We have a maintenance program with them, and they have been doing it for over 10 years. They check my septic every quarter. I like their promptness, they are always there, they always do what they say they will do, and they are very good. They have a flat rate that we pay every quarter, and that includes everything including any maintenance that I have, and emptying my septic tank.
