They came late but I think their schedule got confused. They did work quickly and efficiently, filling their truck tightly, and they were friendly and respectful. I did find another company that was cheaper and who did something with stuff - they donate, recycle, etc., whereas Moving U and Junk U took everything to the dump. I have done further business with the other company but can still recommend this one.

Young man took the television sets there were three of them and they were very heavy and put them in their truck it was later at night because there were so many deliveries and it was a hot night and raining they were very respectful and courteous and I was very happy to get rid of the TVs

The price was very good. Service excellent. They called about an hour before pick up to let me know that they were on the way. Another company quoted me a price three times what this company charged to take away my old snow blower. I highly recommend Moving U & Junk U.

The interaction with the scheduling staff was very good, but I wasn't able to get anything in writing before they came detailing what we had orally agreed would be included in the cost. The supervisor they sent to my site was excellent. However, he left before they were completely finished and the clean-up staff left more debris on the site (demolished shed) than I expected - I expected raked clean, and that isn't what I got. There were wood pieces, several concrete blocks and some trash left. Overall, though, I would hire them. Very good value for the money.
