We ended up loving one of her plans and we are working on getting all the details to implement the design she gave us.

It did not go well. The design was satisfactory. The work beyond the design was poor. Far less than satisfactory pro-activity, organization, contractor influencing, understanding of budget, transparency in communications, and drive for successful outcome. In the end, quotes consistently came in over our stated budget placing us in a very difficult position. Ultimately, we terminated the contract with this firm mid-stream. I would strongly recommend against using this firm for your project.
