About us
Leonhards Landscape Construction is a owner operated business. The owner is involved with all aspects of the business, including estimating, installation, customer relations, and billing. We operate with up to 3 crews at one time. Anywhere from 3 - 9 employees. Sub-contracting is common practice. We work with a number of builders, landscape designers, design firms, pool builders, engineers, architects, and outside contractors. We estimate our work at a set price per sq.ft., per linear ft., t/m, or flat rate for entire project. A 25% deposit secures your place in our schedule and allows us to secure materials needed for your project, a progress payment of 25% at a pre determined point of construction (agreed upon by contractor and consumer), and the balance upon completion of work. We are NCMA & ICPI certified contractors.
