Outstanding work. Lou treated us like gold from start to finish. In selling our town-home, an advertising storm came from his office. While most town-homes in our community took a couple of months or more to sell, ours sold in 5 weeks. We also received close to our asking price. In the purchase of our new home, Lou provided excellent research and negotiated a price that met our needs. I can't say enough good things about Lou. He is professional, always well-dressed, treats you like family, returns calls within the day, and still keeps in touch with us. I feel very lucky to have met Lou and can't thank him enough for what he did for our family. I would accept any phone call on his behalf and would recommend him to anyone.
