I have a 21 year old Jaguar. Locks didn't work. doors, trunk and gas. Dealer couldn't work on it, it was too old. no diag equipment. He took a look, spoke with the dealership and my personal mechanic. He is a great communicator. I would recommend him for anything electrical. K-

I can't say enough about working with Jerry at Keystone Auto Electrical. We recently had the navigation system in our van suddenly stop working and were quoted several thousand dollars by the dealer to put in a refurbished system. Before spending that kind of money, we wanted to make sure there wasn't an underlying electrical problem that might cause the same issue in the future. Jerry took a lot of time to understand what happened and diagnose the issue. He then researched the system and was going to be able to install it for almost $1000 less than the dealer quoted us. After doing further research, the alerted us that this was a common problem with our system and he wanted us to be aware. He then referred us to another company that could put in a brand new system for a similar cost. He put so much time into researching this issue, with a dozen or more phone calls exchanged to make sure we were well informed, and we didn't even end up having him put in the system. After all that time on his part, he didn't even charge us for his time. He genuinely just wanted us to be informed and ultimately satisfied. If we ever have an electrical problem, Keystone Auto Electrical will be the only place we take our cars.

When I took the car into Keystone, the owner checked to see if it was an easy problem, such as a fuse, that could be fixed quickly while I waited. Unfortunately, that was not the case. He would require me to leave the car overnight. After determining the problem the next day, he called, explained what he thought was wrong, and gave me a cost estimate. I had him go ahead with the work. He called at the end of the day to say that, as he had suspected, a microcontroller in the steering column had failed. He had replaced the controller. I picked up the car and found that all the problems had indeed disappeared. The bill was exactly as estimated. Since then, everything has continued to work fine.
