Never Responded

When I first called on 4/28, I got voice mail and left a message. Rich called me the next day and said he had 2 jobs going in my area and he would have someone call to set up a time to come look at the job within a few days. He sounded like a nice guy, and I didn't even considering contacting anyone else given the solid reviews on Angie's List and his quick response.  I didn't hear anything for over a week, so I called back on 5/7 and asked if they were still interested in the work.  I spoke with Lisa who told me they were and said someone would be calling me shortly.  I gave her my number again.  It is now 5/15, and I still have not heard from them. Perhaps they are so in demand that they can't keep up.  If that is the case, it would be helpful to be honest with potential customers so we make an informed decision to either wait for your services or find someone else.

I was never contacted with a promised estimate. in fact Justin called me and said the estimate was forthcoming. I never received a quote. Sad.

It went fine and as expected. They were nice, courteous and on time!

We noticed the wall was failing and called Justin in a panic, who came over immediately and arranged to have the wall removed within 24 hours, saving us from potential damages.  He and his team completed the work well and quickly.

They were very rapid and helpful in their contact.  As it turned out the town would not allow this on my property. I would recommend then based on my contacts with them.

I am actually going to see him tonight and we are going to finalize the work. His quote was reasonable. I liked his response. He was very professional. He gave me the impression that he knew what he was doing, not only what he spoke about but also the way the quote was developed and delivered, so I got the confidence that he can do the job. He addressed my concerns.

Justin and his crew are true professionals and were a pleasure to work with. 
This was a big job. I had a significant drainage problem at my recently purchased home. Water was coming down my long driveway and from my neighbors home above me and pooling up in front of my home causing water into the basement and an extremely soggy front yard. Contributing to this problem was improper grading around my home.  I contacted Justin and he was able to visit my home within a few days.  He helped explain my options and worked with me the entire time to come up with a plan to solve this problem.  He handled getting the permits with the township.  He began work in a really reasonable time after the initial meeting.  His crew was top-notch as well, they listened to my feedback and worked with me the entire time.
The quality of the work from top to bottom was superior and I could not be more pleased. Justin knows what he is doing, does what he says he is going to do and responds to calls quickly.

Demolished a pool, pool foundation pool shed, and concrete pad
Hauled away debris and trash
Filled 20 x 40 x 10 hole and graded property
Cleared machinery trackers and planted grass overall

Justin and his crew were able to repair the problem with a minimum of excavation and disruption. We were very pleased with their response time and overall service. We would definitely recommend them. All is well now, and we are happy customers.

Keenan did a great job!   They took extra precautions to protected my trees, garden and driveway.    They work was done in only a few days and I am very happy with it.
