We had had our house on the market for about 8 months with another realtor, and had had only 3 showings.  We decided to change when the listing ran out and interviewed several agents.  Jesse impressed us with his grasp of and willingness to use technology. All documents were signed using and electronic signing service so no paper had to be generated and shuffled around.  He had professional pictures made of the house, and offered the services of a professional stager.  He helped us figure out a pricing strategy that would get the house sold (my husband was already working in another state at this point and we needed to move.)  The house is a unique property, a 160 year old farmhouse that had been added onto several times.  The comparables were hard to find.  We had 3 showings the first week Jesse had it listed.  We had a contract within 6 weeks.  This is where life got tricky.  A series of issues kept delaying the sale.  I won't go into personal details, let's just say that the buyers were less than easy to deal with, and a 60 year old septic system didn't pass inspection.  Jesse went above and beyond to get the deal done, including attending the closing for us since we had already moved.  It was not a perfect experience, but Jesse worked very hard to make it work, and I would recommend him to anyone who needs to sell or buy a house.
