Integrated Home Energy HVAC

I had many companies take a look at providing a quote for the boiler replacement at my house, but Integrated Home Energy was the most responsive, easiest to work with, and they provided quick and conscientious service. They also had the best price and warranty. I would recommend them anytime.

Aquid at IHE was wonderful to work with. In looking at different solar installers in the area, I didn't find anyone who gave a more clear description of the whole process. Aquid was very knowledgeable and helpful, and IHE made a great offer. I unfortunately found issues with my roof that I felt needed to be addressed prior to installing solar panels, so I ended up pulling out of the contract just as we had gotten started, but everyone was very professional about it and since it was within the initial few days of the agreement they sent back my deposit. Overall good experience despite not being able to go through with the project.

As the permit process continues, everyone at Integrated (including Aquib and Gayle) have been helpful, responsive, and informative. We're getting aa great set of panels for a reasonable price. Happy with the service and looking forward to havign the panels installed.

Started my “Solar” process a couple of weeks ago. Thanks to my neighbor who did all the leg work found that Integrated Home Energy was the right company for the job. Thanks also to my neighbor for letting me know about the tax credit that is ending and also of the Delmarva rebate. Upon her recommendation I reached out to Tim Thomas, their energy consultant. So far he has been very informative and always responded promptly to my calls. Last week I signed up with Integrated and Tim led me through the process. Yesterday Chris Fiorillo a planner from Integrated came out to review my roof and we discussed the layout of the panels and the hookup of the conduit from the panels to electrical panel in the basement. So far I am very impressed their process. Updates to follow.

Aquib was good to work with. He is very knowledgeable and gave me a great education. He was up front, not pushy, and considerate of our time.
