I wasn't completely satisfied with the home inspection for the following reasons: the inspector did not thoroughly inspect the roof, i.e. he did not remove the ladder from his truck and climb up to inspect shingles. The inspector was reluctant to enter the crawl spaces - the home was very old and dirty, in previous home inspections with other companies, the inspector brought a pair of coveralls and thoroughly went through the home. The inspector didn't systematically perform the inspection by testing every outlet, by going from the basement to the attic, etc. Finally, the inspector didn't incorporate digital pictures in the home report - previous inspections have included at least three pictures of the most relevant damage.
