Hazley Builders

We received 3 estimates for finishing our basement. There was a significant price difference in the three estimates. We chose Hazley's because we felt they took the most time walking through the project asking many questions so as to have a very good understanding of what we wanted. They also took a very thorough look at our current basement set up (electrical , plumbing, hvac , etc.) to determine what work would be needed to give us the finished space we wanted. We found their estimate to be very detailed and thorough. We thought the allowances for tile, plumbing, flooring etc. were sufficient for us to select the finishes we wanted. They started the project when promised and finished within the timeframe. They were very good at keeping us up to date on what was happening and when. They also worked with us so that we could do the painting and save some money. They actually paused their construction and let us paint the ceilings and walls before installing the flooring. As the project progressed we needed to tweak the design , they were always very accommodating and didn't make you feel guilty for making changes.

They constantly checked with us and made adjustments if needed. They were willing to work with us and they were excellent. They were open to ideas and are creative with the ideas they suggest.
