Description of Work: I took in a TV that was a year old after the picture went dim. They seemed busy and it took a few days to fix, but they said it was a pretty simple repair. The TV worked great after I took it home. So far, so good. Then the same part went out again less than a year later and they tell me it's the standard $60 charge to diagnose, which can be applied to the final repair bill. | |I don't blame them for the TV having problems originally. However, they told me the TV should work fine and that it was an easy repair. Less than a year later, the same problem re-occurs. I don't want to spend $225 every year repairing the same thing, and I don't want to spend $60 for them to tell me what I already know is wrong. | |They seem to do decent work from others I've talked with, but getting less than a year out of the repair leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

 + -1 moreI had called many repair services before and they had said I needed to get a new monitor, I was able to take this to him and he was able to fix the problem for me and correct the flickering and color. I thought it was a really good honest and reliable service. I was very pleased. He got on this the same day, he said eventually I may have to replace the monitor. I brought it home, it was absolutely perfect, no problem at all, instead of paying 600 dollars for a new monitor I was only charged the 35 dollar diagnostic fee.
Description of Work: Repaired a computer. I was having problems with my monitor it was flashing several different colors.

 + -1 moreI contacted them via email, they replied prompt reply, came to my house, quickly checked and removed TV for further repair. They delivered TV back on Saturday morning which meant no time off work.
Description of Work: They repaired HD flat screen TV, because my TV was totally dead.

 + -1 moreThe TV is functioning fine right now. I have not had any problems. I like that they were very knowledgeable and they had a reasonable price on it. I would say to a friend or family member they are are very knowledgeable, their price is reasonable and they are completely honest. I would use them again in the future.
Description of Work: I used Frazer TV for TV repair about six months ago. He did an electronic switch of my television in which the power wouldn't go on.

 + -1 moreHe came out and got the television. It took a long time to actually get him out here. He kept it a long time. When we got it back, the picture quality was still very poor. I had to have him come back out and take the television back to his shop again. Both times there were scheduling problems in getting him to our home. He finally managed to fix the television, but it wasn't a satisfactory service experience.
Description of Work: Our television screen went out and wouldn't show any images on it.
