Fishers did an amazing job from start to finish. They were easy and professional to work with too! I had looked at other service providers for this job, but Fishers was able to give me the most seamless experience. They worked with me on price and they were able to find an amazing carpenter to complete the stair installation, and rail and baluster work. This work requires an incredible attention to detail and trust me when I say it was perfection. I really appreciated the fact that Fishers provided me with this additional service that other places would not. It made the experience truly one stop shopping! The owner Lee Fisher is always available for questions which is unusual for a retail establishment. He truly takes pride in his work. We wanted carpet installed in a very tight time frame and they delivered. We were fortunate to meet Lee Fisher when we arrived and Lee personally came to our house that night to measure the room and place the order so that we could get the job done in our time frame- which was one week and done the day prior to Thanksgiving. From the store to the crew that came to install the carpet everyone was courteous and professional. We couldn't ask for a better experience and the carpet is amazing

From Ira opening the store when we showed up a little before opening time to Lee's assistance with product and pricing all the way through to installation, it was a great experience. This was a very difficult job in one of the rooms but Anthony, Ryan and Justin did a fabulous job. Well worth the money spent.

Our sales associate, Bill, (who we felt was a carpet expert!), provided us with all the information we needed to choose a carpet that would best fit the needs of our home/family and our budget. The installation was scheduled promptly and the installers arrived right on time. John, who had many years experience installing carpeting, and his assistant, Chris, were also extremely knowledgeable and professional. They did an amazing job! When we need any type of flooring or carpeting for our home in the future, we will definitely go to Fishers. We highly recommend them without any reservation!

Why go to a big box store for carpeting when you can get competitive pricing and A+ service at Fisher's Carpet One? We wanted to use a local community business to replace our old carpeting. The showroom was conveniently located and had a large variety of carpeting choices. The staff helped me to choose the best carpeting and padding within my budget. A distributer/manufacturer happened to be in the showroom and I spent some time with him, learning about carpet fibers and wear. The service was excellent. Mr. Lee Fisher himself, came out to measure and was very professional and friendly. In fact, every employee I met, showed concern for my business. They installed the carpet on schedule using their own crew of installers. Weeks later when I felt some tacks poking through the carpeting, they came out the very next day and fixed the problem. Overall, we were very pleased from start to finish.

Everything was great. I went to the showroom, selected the carpet I wanted. Nancy came out and measured. The carpet was ordered and placed without a hitch. The communcation was great, the quality of the carpet and the workmanship of the install is good. Good, local business with good customer service.

We could not be happier with the job that was done.The creaking floor was a major concern of ours. We were told it would probably be better but not totally gone. As the work was being done, I questioned the installer about it. He told me it was being fixed in all the areas by 3 methods. It completely took away the creaking. The installer took the time to level out the floor by our new sliding door. Our appliances were placed on plywood and moved across the floor carefully. Pre-stained oak molding was added at the base of all of our cabinets, which we didn't originally have. It looks great. I did not sit and watch the entire process but was curious enough that I saw a lot of what was being done. The installers were pleasant and answered any questions I had. The project took two days, exactly as planned. As far as the price is concerned, we got three quotes. One was much higher than the other two, so they were eliminated. In the end we went with Fisher's due to the relationship we had begun to build with them. I do want to mention that there were at least three other providers we visited that were willing to pull up the floor for us, then we would need to repair the creaking ourselves and then they would come back to complete the floor install. Those providers were quickly removed from my list. I wanted the entire job done and over with by one provider. Therefore, Fisher's Carpet One was our choice and it was a great one!

The process of picking out the carpets and taking samples home was very well coordinated. The owner measured for the carpets and recommended we upgrade one of our picks. That turned out to be excellent advice. The installers were very professional and answered all of our questions. Very well done.

Fisher's Carpet One installed vinyl tile and carpeting in our home. John, Manny, Don, Dave, Freddy, Jonathan, and Lupe all did a terrific job with the installation. They were efficient, skilled, prompt, neat, and personable. Every day during installation, they carefully moved furniture, replaced it where we wanted, vacuumed, and made sure everything that used electricity worked as well as it did before it had been moved. Lee Fisher, Kathy Smith, and Petra Ritchie expertly guided us in our color and quality selections. Lee Fisher carpeted my home 27 years ago. They did a great job then as well as now. We are very pleased with the finished look.

The floors look beautiful! Jane was great to deal with at the store, very knowledgeable and personable. The installers were punctual and professional; however, the walls got a bit dinged up, and they had been freshly painted. I recommend waiting to paint until floors are installed, as we were pretty upset at the extent of touch-ups needed. However, the floors look great and we were overall very satisfied with the process and end-product!

Everything went smoothly with no issues, from the initial store visit to the final installation. We ordered the carpet in December and had it scheduled to be installed in late January. Petra came to the house and measured all the areas, and gave us a quote. Installers arrived on time and ready to work. They were friendly and willing to answer questions. I would hire again.

The entire process was smooth. It can be overwhelming buying flooring for an entire house and Fisher's was extremely accommodating, helpful, reasonably priced, and quick with their installation. Give them a try, you won't regret it!

Their selection was excellent. They loaned actual samples to me to see in my home. The rug was ordered and delivered on time. Two of their installers delivered the rug, moved all my furniture and laid the rug and pad. They even measured the space between the rug and the walls to make sure it was completely even before replacing the furniture. I love it!

We walked in to the showroom on a Sunday.. and quot;Maryand quot; helped us select a carpet and gave us a firm bid for installation w/ padding. She made a good suggestion concerning padding. Carpet was installed exactly when scheduled, quickly and perfectly. The owner came to our house during installation to check on progress and our satisfaction. Hardwood installer was highly professional--a beautiful job all around, Total cost was exactly as discussed/anticipated. Everything went so well that we later contacted Mary and bought an area rug and runners which were even more beautiful than expected on the basis of the sample. We are now considering replacing our kitchen floor tile and will consult Fisher's first.

They gave us all the time we needed to select flooring and tile. One set of tile needed to be special ordered and they got it here in time so there would be no delay in job.. Service was excellent. Work was high quality. Anything that needed to be corrected was promptly completed. When selecting flooring and tiles, they were very willing to give us samples to view in the home. For the backsplash they even came to the house to verify the design was what we wanted and that it would work in the space. I got prices from 3 vendors. Fisher's price was very competitive and I selected them based on that and word of mouth from friends. I have already referred another customer to them.

As always, it was installed beautifully. The workers, as always, were pleasant and professional and efficient. We have been customers for over twenty-five years and have had consistent and excellent experiences Our entire house has been carpeted with quality carpeting from Fishers over the years. The prices are the best, too. Any problems or unforeseen issues have been dealt with immediately and resolved to the customers satisfaction in a friendly and professional manner. This is a huge plus when dealing with a carpet company. You are a valued customer after the sale as well as before. From the sale to the installation to the follow up this is the best carpet store around. They value their customers and show it in their professionalism and care. Just the best, period.
