Chris was always very attentive, followed up when he said he would, and was extremely interested in providing what we wanted. The installers came extra early to accommodate our schedule, and finished the job in several hours. They vacuumed and cleaned up nicely. Also gave me a handful of extra supports for the shelves, in case they are misplaced.
It is important to be clear about what your needs are. He must not have any women living with him because he proposed a closet design with no space for hanging long clothing such as dresses and robes. When I pointed it out he was quick with a fix. In the end, the space for that is smaller than I would have liked, but the closet is also small.
The product is extremely basic, similar to what you might find at a big box hardware store. Perhaps they have higher end products, but I was looking for basic closet organization. The overall cost was what we expected.

I was very pleased with the final result. Diplomat Closet Design ran a promotion on another website and I took advantage of it. Without the coupon, it would have been expensive, but am thrilled with the job they did.
Chris returned my call promptly, arrived on time to evaluate and gave suggestions for the closet design.
Work was completed about a month later....no hastle---professional installation in less than an hour. I'm happy happy happy!

My project was riddled with problems. I had a HORRIBLE experience with Diplomat Closet and would not recommend them. I found them to be highly unprofessional. The list of issues I had with them are almost too much to list... ranging from being misled on a quick install date prior to engaging their services (then being told it would be weeks later) to overcutting our base molding (looks horrible!), not screwing in hardware completely, nicking walls bring in materials... My project was to be done in two phases, and we terminated Diplomat after the first phase. After searching for a new closet design firm, we found Diplomat's prices to be more expensive than other vendors.
