They were responsive to the tenants and did the work requested.
However, you cannot trust the price they quote you over the phone, and the owner
is shockingly unprofessional.  When I attempted to discuss the price
discrepancy with him, he was arrogant from the beginning.  I expressed
surprise that, as the owner, he was being incredibly rude during the
phone call, and his response was "You're not the first person to say
that, and I don't give a s*** what you think", after which he hung up on
me.
Needless to say, I would never use this company again.

The job went very well. my advice is to talk with your contractor.  Describe your problem and ask if their might be options.  he might have to see the problem before giving you any other options. David is  an honest man, and things can get hectic sometimes, but be patient and his experience will lead to the right solution.

I called David in the early morning and he came out a few hours later. I had called him earlier in the month so that her could be prepared with a riser that i need since my access cover was buried deeper than code allowed. He was very knowledgeable about his line of work and and knew a great deal about my housing development and details of the septic tanks used. He offered some advise on system usage and maintenance. I enjoyed talking with him about my neighborhood history and he even brought me an article about a local historical home. Overall, a great expeerience.

He's unbelievable. You could call him today and he'll be there this afternoon. He won't drive his truck on your lawn, he is extremely prompt, and he's a pleasure to deal with. Also, he has very fair pricing.

I called Dave at 10:30pm to report I had an issue, the next morning Dave showed up with a full crew. They quickly cleaned up the mess sparing me additional embarassment. A follow up crew showed up within the hour to diagnose the pump, they determined pump was bad, located and picked up a new pump that day. I have used Dave for 15 years and found him to very knowledgable, responsive and affordable. Thanks Dave !!
