Masonry Work
Person came out, told me the entire chimney was cracked and I needed to buy an entire new liner. He was nasty which was a good thing because it meant I didn't trust him. Some years later I had another chimney inspector look at the chimney who told me there was nothing wrong with the chimney, it's just that the damper is very stiff. He oiled it with some WD40 and things are much better.
I'm not 100% certain that this was the Chimney King that I used as it's been eight years. But there don't seem to be any other Chimney King companies nearby, so I believe it was this company.
