It was wonderful, they took their time to explain what needed to be done, they worked on time limits for me being able to pay and get steps done and I ended with a wonderful product. I would recommend. The cost was very reasonable. They were not pushy, very professional on working with the timeline with me. It worked out very well and I would recommend them.

The project was well planned. We knew what to expect and when the work would be performed. The project took roughly 5 weeks and was exactly on schedule. Nate from CCKAB did a great job estimating and working within our budget. The project was within the allowed budget; no hidden costs or last minute surprises. The General Contractor was Jim M. He handled all the work except the electrical. Jim's work was excellent. 18 months later we still love our new kitchen.

We hired CCKAB to do a complete kitchen remodel including tile flooring, new cabinetry, island, range hood, lighting, and tile backsplash. After we had a negative experience with a contractor who finished our basement, we spent a good deal of time vetting different companies. We could not be happier we chose CCKAB. The end to end process was efficient and went smoothly. John and Nate were great to work with; Sharon helped steer us in the right direction w/ design; Don and his team were highly professional, extremely knowledgable and easy to work with; and Stacey helped to ensure the project timeline stayed on track. We are thrilled with the end result - the flow and aesthetics of our kitchen make it seem like a completely different space and makes all the time we spend there much more enjoyable. We would highly recommend CCKAB and will hire them again for future projects.

Chester Country Kitchen and Bath is probably one of the best, if not the best, contractors we have ever worked with. From the very beginning they were forthcoming with their ideas and the potential costs of our kitchen renovation project. The communication throughout was excellent. Having one's kitchen ripped out and unusable for the several weeks it takes to create a new one is never an easy thing to do, but it could not have gone more smoothly They stuck to their schedule and finished right when they said they would. In addition to John who helped us design the kitchen, we were assigned a project manager, Stacy, and a foreman, Don, all of whom kept us updated on all the details as the project progressed. The workmanship was second-to-none, and at no time did we feel that any corners were being cut. Everything was built as though they were doing it for themselves Ours was a large and complicated project involving electrical, plumbing and structural work, and the finished project is showroom perfect.

This past spring we made the decision to redo our kitchen. We had a lot of questions, and visited several potential vendors. In the end we felt most comfortable selecting Chester County Kitchen and Bath, and we are glad we did. Nathan did a great job giving us design options, which CCKB did for free. Other firms wanted to be paid for the work and the quality of the renderings was not as good. But the real benefit was on execution. Nathan teams with Steve McHenry, and they were an awesome team. Nathan stopped by about once per week or so, but Steve was hands on nearly everyday. Our kitchen came out great, they were very respectful and great folks to have in our home. We have been enjoying our kitchen for the past two months and could not be happier.

It went very well, we did a lot of work on our own and used a few of our own contractors for portions (electrician/tile/demo), but they were willing to work with us doing as much or as little as we needed. They didn't try to force us go with their guys for everything, in fact were very honest about where we could save on our own and provided everything we would need to be sure the work was all completed according to the design. Eric was great, I would use them again in the future.

Rich Love, is the owner and became my salesperson, he also laid out the new kitchen.
Rich was wonderful to deal with he is a professional, who is very knowledgeable about his products.
He design a existing kitchen and made it up to today standards. His cabinets are like fine furniture. My contractor , Frank Bianco Builder, was very impressed with them. The whole experience was perfect. The finish result was everything if not more then I ever expected.
I would recommend Chester County Kitchen and Bath, in West Chester, Pa., It's a lot of money to spend and when it comes out the way you in-vision. It's becomes all worth it.
From the cabinet company, Chester County Kitchen and Bath, contractor, Frank Bianco Builder,the countertop people , Wholesale Granite and Tile. It was the perfect combo.

I had other projects done by CC Kitchen and Bath and was so satisfied that I went back to for this one. Eric worked to make sure the new vanity fit in the available space and when he discovered the old medicine cabinet was not standard, he crafted one to match. He was also very accommodating when I desired to do some of the installation. The timeline worked as it was proposed and the end result is just great.

We had a very good experience with Chester County Kitchen and Bath. Remodeling a kitchen is a major undertaking. Jim was our designer and project manager at CCKB - he helped to make it about as painless as possible, guiding us through every step of the process from initial contact to follow-up after completion. Going into the project we wanted one person who would coordinate all the parts and be responsible for the entire project without our having to coordinate plumbers, electricians, carpenters and all the others involved. That is what we got.
CCKB has an attractive showroom which provides an overview of available cabinets, countertops, hardware and design ideas. They took the time to be sure that we knew what we were getting into, what we really wanted, and they guided us through an appropriate design. It took several meetings at the showroom and in our house. Everything was low-key with no pressure.
CCKB works closely with leading local providers of granite, appliances, flooring, tile, etc., but they will work with anyone that the client desires. There was never a problem getting anything where the best price was available. (We got all the appliances on sale at Sears) The CCKB construction crew was outstanding - we worked with Jim Martin's crew. They were prompt, pleasant, professional and the quality of work was exceptional. The entire job from initial demolition to completion took four weeks.
We are certainly comfortable giving a very positive recommendation to CCKB. They are probably not the least expensive, but we found that they provided a great value. The experience will depend at least as much on the ability of the client to understand the project and communicate with CCKB, so ask lots of questions and figure out how to survive without a kitchen for at least a month.
