We have been using them for quite a few years. They do a good job.

You can sign up for different options; a year for a fixed price or something. I think i signed up for 600 gallons and they price guaranteed it or you can do market price. We had an issue once where we ran out of oil on a snowy night and they had to come out but that was years ago. But now it doesn't get low and i never have to call them. They seem to do a good job of cleaning up and stuff. They send something out asking what you want, i lost the mailing and called them up and they were very responsive on the phone.

Chester County Fuel Oil has been our home oil provider for many years and we are always impressed with the delivery service, as well as their competitive pricing.

They are very good. We live kind of a distance from them and when we called about a problem with our heater, they had someone stop by happen to be on his way home from work but he was willing to stop by on his way home and take a look at things and advise us what we needed. We had another person come out. I think the owner of the company came out and looked at the heater and we needed a new heater so they were very good about coming out one day last week and they took measurements and brought the new heater and they came back 2 days later and stayed for a few hours and did the installation. They put a tarp down on the basement floor to make sure they didn't track whatever around. They cleaned up after themselves and kept us informed of the progress and what was going on. I was here then so they talked to me a few times throughout the work period. We were pleased with them. They are very professional. We did a little research on our own on the internet to different heaters and which one to get of the ones they have offered and the price seems right in line with other places that were doing the same installation and product. They either get back to you over the phone or we corresponded with them via e-mail when they were coming out.

The office is not helpful when you call in , they can be vauge, rude and not offer logical explainations- Not very understanding/helpful. Love the service people and the oil delivery guys- always polite and professional!

It went really well overall. Rick (the owner) came over and provided me with a few options regarding boilers (efficiency, external water tank, etc). He also informed me of the DEP State rebate for upgrading an oil boiler to an efficiency over 85%. I got a couple other estimates and decided to go with CC Fuel Oil due to Rick's knowledge of what needed to be done and the fact that he would be involved first-hand with the install. The guys arrived on-time, didn't waste any time and got the job done right. They also sounded like they were enjoying what they were doing, which I can't say about any other oil company who has been to my house. Both installs were completed as specified, at the exact price quoted. When DEP was processing my rebate application they had a few questions and Faith at CC Fuel Oil contacted them directly for me and got them resolved. They did a great job.
