Frank who is the owner and also did my estimate and installation was easy to talk to. I liked that I would be dealing with one person for estimate and installation. He seemed to know a lot about carpet installation. He was responsive when I called for an estimate and with my follow-up questions. When Frank was going to be delayed on the day of installation he called to let me know. Installation seemed to go well. But after they left I noticed that the seam of the bedroom and hallway carpet was made outside the closed bedroom door. Prior to installation with the door closed it looked as if the hallway carpet continued into the room so I knew that old carpet had reached well under the doorway. I also noticed that a seam in the new carpet was more visible than I'd seen in the previous carpet installations. When I called Frank to ask about these issues he didn't offer to come out to see what he could do to satisfy my concerns. He just claimed installation was done properly.
