Landscaping
They do an OK job on the grass cutting, but they aren't careful about damaging the lawn with the mowers. On wet days they would leave large track marks in the grass, which was particularly bad during the leaf removal.They also damaged our playset and failed to respond to our email regarding it.
Overall, communication is very weak. It is very hard to get in touch with the person responsible for the work on the lawns and leaving messages through the phone staff doesn't always work.
We have found a new company to work on our lawn for next year.
