+ -1 moreAwesome! They told me to come in at 8:30am and that they would need 2 hours for the repair. The repair was flawless and my car looked brand new again! I was beaming when I saw the car pull up. They were very nice, and even dropped me off at the Starbucks so that I could get access to WiFi while I waited, and then came back and picked me up in less than 2 hours when the car was done (although admittedly, they said they did this because I was first appointment of the day, and they likely couldn't do this if they had customers waiting.)
Description of Work: Paint-less dent repair on a brand new vehicle. My brand new car was dented by a shopping cart and while the paint was not damaged, the vehicle was dented. With less than 5,000 miles, there was no way I could let that stand, so I looked into my options and was referred by Pennington Auto body to Carisma.
