 + -1 moreMy experience was excellent. This company really went the extra mile to help me. Even though they are not in the rental business, by agreeing to rent me a chainsaw (the saw that is usually just used by store staff on the property), they solved my problem. They even allowed me to return the saw after they were closed the next evening, because I couldn't get there before they closed. I have consistently found this store to be helpful and customer-focused. After this experience, I really wanted to share my positive experience because it is pretty extraordinary.
Description of Work: John at Brandywine Hardware really helped me out in a pinch. I had rented a chainsaw from a different rental place (not Brandywine Hardware), and the chainsaw broke. The rental place was closed, and I really had to get the work done. So I went to Brandywine to see if they could help. They tried to repair the rental saw (from the other company), but it was too far gone. So they rented me a saw that they use around their property - even though they are not in the rental business.
