They did good and they were on time, the price was good and they were helpful. They worked with our schedule and they cleaned up well.  They did the whole house and we were happy. They were the best price out of all the persons we checked and they gave us a discount on the floors because we bought everything one time. we let our neighbors know that they did a great job.

It turned out okay.  The only thing was that I contracted for the floor in March and I told them that I was having a party on June 21st and the floor was not coming in.  So I finally called them and they said to me that the floor is back orders and it won?t be ready until June.  I said to them that when I contracted for the floors I told you that I was having a party on June 21st and they said that I should not worry.  To make the long story short, they ended up putting the floor four days before my party.  While the floor is fine and the people who installed were very nice, I was not happy because they did not inform me that the floor is back order and I had to call them myself to find out and they did not install it in a timely fashion.  I tried to explain to them that it would be very difficult for me to get everything back in order for the party but there was person that I was feeling with who just seem not to understand.  However they did a good job installing it but I just wasn?t particularly happy with the way they handled things.  They know it because I told them about it.  

I only had the floor for a month so it?s a little hard for me to rate the quality but it looks nice.  But still I have to wait for some time to rate the quality.  They were professional expect for one person that I give an ?F? to in terms of professionalism but everybody else that I dealt with gets an ?A?.

The service of the carpeting was wonderful I also bought a kitchen floor from them and it needs a repair. You really have to wait a long time for the repair. I'm not happy with  length of the wait. I have to wait until the guys in the area, four or five months I think is a long time to wait for a repair. It's a really very kitchen floor I bought., The woman I worked within the store was very good. It's waiting for the repair guy that I'm not happy about. They're not cheap. I was willing to pay because I think it's good stuff. I did a lot of research before I bought it. The woman at the store, she did let the guy know a couple of times.

It was great.  They were fabulous.  The cost was substantial.   They knew their product.  I would definitely use them again and I recommended them to several people.  They knew their products and knew what was appropriate for me.  The work people that they sent out were fabulous.  They did a good job and they were very helpful.  I can't say enough good things about them.

The salesperson was tremendously helpful and worked with us till we were comfortable with our choice.  The installers were prompt and professional.  They were very careful and did a great job keeping the dust contained.  The floor looks amazing!

It went great.  My initial email got lost in their system, so I visited the showroom.  Everything went smoothly and the carpet was ordered and arrived promptly.  Nancy was very accomodating with my schedule.  The installation was great---good workmanship and no mess. 

The work that was done was professional, neat and complete. Doors were cut to accommodate the new floor. A kitchen island was moved which entailed disconnecting and reconnecting an electrical outlet. Trim was added at the floor/wall throughout to finish the job.

I have used Boyle's before for carpet projects and highly recommend them.

I would not hesitate to use Boyle's again.

The cost was expensive and we are still unhappy with the carpet. Within a month that it has been installed, he stopped returning phone calls and e-mails. We have been fighting with him for over a year-and-a-half. It was horrible. The carpet was not what we ordered. It had splits, rips, and stains shortly after being installed and we never heard back from them. I even offered to buy a new carpet from them if it helps ease the price of that carpet, but I never heard from them.

Craftsmanship was excellent and the installer, Man, did a fantastic job.  Man worked long days to provide a expert installation and ensure we were happy with the outcome.

This review is long overdue, as I moved into my home nearly a year ago. After the previous owner's furniture had been moved out, I discovered I was badly in need of new carpeting...for the ENTIRE house. And not only that, I needed it in a week. I was desperate, checking all over the place, including a number of big name installers, but I needed someone that could provide me with a quality product, quality installation, and FAST! Not to mention, all at a price that I could still rest easy with. No big deal, right? Ha! Luckily a coworker recommended Boyle's based on her past experience. I popped into the store first chance I got, and the owner Mark worked with me to do everything he could to find the perfect carpet, order it in time, and have everything installed prior to my move-in date. The installer did an amazing job down to the details others may have missed. To this day I am still impressed and incredibly grateful! I have and will continue to recommend this business to others.

Well and quickly. Good communication skills of employees.

They were good. The floors looked beautiful. The price range was average. It was what everybody would charge. The floors are very nice. They didn't nickel and dime me for any little thing here and there that needed to be fixed. There was a little piece of wood that needed to be replaced and he didn't charge me for that. They came in and gave me a price. With a couple of little things that needed to be done, they just didn't bother. They didn't add any extra for it. The floors are really smooth. That was the one thing I noticed. It was very beautiful. They did a good job. The quality was really good.

They did a good job removing the old flooring and installing the new vinyl. The job was done well and the floor looked great at the time.
However, two years later the vinyl floor started to yellow and looked as if it was stained. The stains could not be removed with the recommended cleaners and floor was slowly getting worse and started looking dingy. The vinyl sheet purchased from Boyle's was made by Mannington and had a five year warranty. I contacted Boyle's and complained about the quality of the merchandise. They gave me a claim form to fill in; at the bottom of the form it said that Boyle's will not honor the warranty unless they installed the flooring themselves. I spoke to Mark Beeson at the time, he insisted that because I had the flooring installed by someone else he would not honor the warranty. I argued that only because they could not schedule the work on time I had the floor installed by the person they referred me to. He insisted that this was not the same as being installed by the company. The Mannington Warranty was never honored to this time.

Mark Beeson from Boyle's Floor and Window Design was courteous and punctual for the carpet estimate. He brought samples of what type of carpeting would work best and his prices were very competitive. We were impressed with his level of professionalism and within a few weeks, set up an appointment for our carpet installation. The installation and clean up exceeded our expectations. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to family and friends and look forward to a long-standing relationship.

Due to a flood incident, I needed carpet padding replaced in 1/2 of my living room and 1/2 of my bedroom. The remediators were able to save the carpet; however, approximately 1/2 of the padding was removed in each room during remediation. An extra thick padding was used originally, which is great because my condo unit is on the first floor. The Boyle's installer did not match the quality of the original padding and in some places there is a notable dip from the original padding to the padding that Boyle's used. The installer also charged as if the full rooms were re-padded. When I called, the representative was pleasant and reduced the square yard charge for the padding. Unfortunately, I did not not notice and confirm the dips from area to area until weeks later. If you know exactly what's required and can provide adequate supervision over and quot;a projectand quot; I would recommend Boyle's. They were courteous and willing to work with me. However, I was a homeowner recovering from a flood incident. I needed someone who had the skills and expertise to notice anomalies and to bring options to my attention.

They did both the jobs in a timely manner, and the work is beautiful!  Excellent management of the project and excellent outcome!
