Beware! This company does not honor its commitments. We decided a few weeks ago to give Basil a try, based on positive reviews and the initial meeting. Bottom line after chasing them for the first lawn cut: they do not show up and will leave you hanging. It's been over a week, and still waiting for the 2nd lawn cut, with grass a foot long! And no communication; only after phone calls and text messages asking for an update, the response is my battery broke and I'll call you in the morning (no return phone call yet)! Sounds like the "dog ate my homework"! Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
