Every step in the process was completed by talented and hard working employees. There were employees who specialized in the diffierent phases. Plaster and tile and coping removal, then installing new tile, coping and plaster. After those 2 teams completed their task, the pool decking crew took over,
Each step in the process was reviewed by one of the partners and in one specific instance, coping was removed and replaced at the supervisors direction.
We now have a show room pool, thanks to "team Aquathority".
Start to finish AquaThority is a class act -- shortly after we contacted them, they came to review our pool and spa and the "situation" and then they provided a detailed, easy to read proposal which included potential suprises (and costs to repair) that could unveil themselves as they started the project. Fortunately we didn't have any of those surprises.
We also spoke with another vendor but didn't get the warm and fuzzies from them - customer service was lacking.
After reviewing the proposal from AquaThority we awarded them the job. My husband and I met with Jackie and Tim at AquaThority to discuss our project, make our new tile and coping selections and set a date for them to start work.
They had a change in their schedule and were able to start work on the pool earlier which was great. The team was here early everyday working full days for a solid week to complete the project. They cleaned up along the way and were very pleasant. We are thrilled with the wormanship of the team and can't say enough good things about their customer service from the front office to the team on the ground.

I also order chemicals from Aquathority. They deliver next day, have great prices and leave everything where I want them.
However, when we presented them with a valid Angie's List coupon, company did not honor the coupon stating "that was a mistake by Angie's List" and not a valid promotion. No attempt was made to make restitution to us or to address this issue with Angie's List. We were expected to pay full price which we ended up doing.
Our "free" pool closing was done quite poorly compared to our previously used pool service. The pool service technician left the pool patio area a mess with parts not swept up and chemical powder coating the patio and furniture. However, a followup phone call to complain was handled courteously and a second technician came out very quickly to clean up.
Overall, I would definitely use this company again for renovation work. The owners were a pleasure to work with and the renovation work was done very well. I would, however, be sure that if they advertise a promotion or offer coupons that the promotion is verified before scheduling the work or placing a deposit. I gave them an overall grade of "B" because I felt that the promotion on Angie's List was misleading and the quality of work at pool closing was quite poor.

"Unfortunately, for all of our effort to appease Mr. [member name remove] and resolve his issues, he did not understand the problem which caused the loss of water and refused to accept our recommendation. Additionally, at the time of the dispute, Mr. [member name remove] had an outstanding balance for services provided weeks prior in the season for which he has still not paid. He abruptly ended the relationship with a profanity laced phone call."
