He thought that he had smoothed things out with you. Matt was not aware the he was being obnoxious, but I know he can talk too much. I have asked him to listen more than he speaks. We include moving furniture, Scotchgard protection and other things that some companies wait til they are in your house to try and up sell you on. Based on customers comments (we follow up on every single service we provide), we believe that the level of service and quality we deliver on a consistant basis is worth the money.
