 + -1 moreThe contractor come to my house to discuss putting in a new bathroom and to give me an estimate. He told me he could do the job but was rather opinionated about where the bathroom should be located and how large it should be. His reasons were not based on the plumbing in the house, just his preference. I think it would have required too much effort to get him on board with what I wanted. The second estimate that I got from another contractor was was 65% of his and unlike any other estimate I got, he charged me $125.
