She is capable of adjusting all aspects of the workout to my capabilities.  She changes the activities each week so I don't get bored.  She educates me so that I can do many of the exercises on my own.

I have been to many classes over the last couple weeks, and have used some of the excercise equipment as well as swam laps in the pool and used the sauna and steam rooms.  Overall the facility is beautiful.  The locker rooms are clean and the amenities seem endless.  They have everything down to a couple tubes of toothpaste and q-tips in the locker room by the changing room sinks - just in case you forgot!  The number of classes allows for infinite possibilities of working out and makes it easy to fit a class into your schedule.  In my experience the staff is always friendly and the teachers are very good at relating to the students.
Only downside - the excessive price, which is difficult to justify, but IS jusitifiable if you plan to take full advantage.

The class instructors are all top notch and you can tell that they really enjoy what they do.  They make an effort to learn your name and make you feel welcome.  The class schedule is sufficiently varied so that I can usually find a class that will work for me on any given day (I take daytime classes).  They also offer a student rate, which was really important to me.  I highly recommend this fitness center, and especially the Nia classes!

Love the many choices of classes and workout options. Great staff. They help make exercise enjoyable.

This gym has a good range of services available. I especially liked the large pools, indoor track, and basketball court. The trainers there were very knowledgable. When I was rehabilitating from a hip injury the trainer had an obvious understanding of the muscle groups and skeletal structure and designed a workout routine that helped greatly in my rehabilitation.

It is a very clean and large facility.  I will keep using the facility in the future.

They have a variety of classes. They also have a great setup; they have got swimming pools, weights, the whole nine yards. I consider them a little pricey.

I did aerobics, free weights and weight machines. I took martial arts classes. It is an expensive club but I got my money's worth. Considering their facility the price was reasonable for what they offered. I would absolutely use them again.

ACAC IS A GREAT PLACE TO WORK OUT, AND PARTICIPATE IN GROUP FITNESS CLASSES! THEIR STAFF IS EXTREMELY HELPFUL, AND FRIENDLY! THEY MAKE WORKING OUT FUN!
