I would give them an "A" for everything. They come every year for service. They come in the spring to change the filter, and they come in the fall to clean. They are always punctual. They are always professional and very good.

I cannot recommend any contractor more than Ultimate Comfort.  They were top notch in every regard.  Clean.  Punctual.  Professional. Ultimate Comfort took great care with our home that was built in 1905.  I truly have never been more pleased with a contractor.  What they were able to retrofit on our existing system to make it properly work in our space is almost miraculous.  I do not anticipate that I will ever have the need or desire to work with any other HVAC contractor.

Working with Ultimate Comfort has been an overall great experience. First, they provided me several system options which best met my budget. Keith Harnish, my contact, walked me through each option and exactly its layout throughout my house. Secondly, the group understood my sensitivity to the Victorian style and and not being an eye sore. Plus with the limited closet space (where some of the vents went), they made sure to limit their impact. Finally, I was very impressed with their professionalism. They cleaned up properly everyday and when they finally completed the project. Also, what I really liked was a daily phone call telling me what they accomplished and are planning on doing the next day. Who does that anymore? The system is great quality and my family is very happy.
