I was given a speedy appointment. Todd came when he said he would, took care of the problem. I was very happy with the service, the repair and even the bill. Would definitely recommend Todd's appliance. This is the second time I've called them to repair an appliance, and I would call them again.

Purchasing: If you are planning on purchasing it is good to research available products so that you know what you want (size, cost, features, etc.). We knew what brand and model we wanted but we were open to suggestions made by Todd. The price quoted to you will include delivery, installation, and removal or old appliance. There are no hidden and quot;surpriseand quot; costs.
Repairs: Our calls were returned within a few hours on the day made. We did not have an emergency repairs (refrigerator or
freezer not working), but what we needed done was addressed promptly and professionally.

They did a good job, but were expensively priced. I liked their services and will use the same in future.

Called on Monday, they were able to come out Thursday. We had a second fridge/freezer in basement to move the food to so it wasn't critical we get same-day service. It didn't take long to diagnose the problem and fortuantely it was an easy fix. The defrost control thermostat had gone bad and was replaced.
