He did not do the work promised. I was unavailable to physically inspect the work, but he reviewed the work with me verbally and assured me it was done. I paid him, only to discover later that the biggest part of the job - removal of a large tree branch going over my roof - had not been completed. I tried to contact him for over a year, but my calls were not returned. I finally spoke with him after calling from a friend's phone. His response was that he had passed his business on to his sons, and that they felt they had done all they needed to do. They refused to come back to finish the job.

They had previously cleared a log off of our lane the winter before. I used him again because he has never done anything to upset me. He is local and does good work.
