Ray Lubas, Master Electreician

Mr. Lubas responded to our initial phone call promptly, came to the house, discussed the work we wanted done, and set up a date/time to complete the indoor segment. We did not ask for an estimate as it was work that had to be done and he was referred to us by another very satisfied customer.  Mr. Lubas arrived on time, completed the work efficiently, and explained results carefully and clearly. 
        The second segment to the work we want done cannot be completed until spring; in the interim he will contact PPL, take care of
any paperwork/permits, and keep us informed as the process unfolds.
        We were very surprised at how reasonable the cost was for this part of the job. He was at our house for two hours and we expected a much higher bill.
