I had 13 roofers come out to try and fix a problem, none of which could fix the problem, until Peter Amatucci Roofing come out. They were able to completely fix the leak and all related problems. They knew what they were doing off of the bat and were experienced. I took competing bids, one of which actually recommended Peter Amatucci Roofing.

He was quick to submit a proposal for the job.
He was pushy to convince me to sign the proposal and get started.
His crew was on time but like a pack of wild animals.
He rushed his crew & the sub-contractor to finish so he could return the scaffolding to the rental company to avoid paying for additional time. In addition, he had 'nailed' the scaffolding to the aluminum porch roof.
He admitted later, that he was unhappy with the work performed by the sub-contractor, as well, and that the sub-contractor had not actually performed the stucco work on another property listed on a 'reference list'.
He was pushy to 'settle-up' and receive final payment so he could get to his NJ shore house (as he was throughout the job).
A week or so later, after the concrete dried and I stood back and really analyzed the work performed, I realized how 'shotty' the work really was and I called him back.
After making good with the caulk repairs & pressure washing, he did agree to refund $1,000 toward having concrete work re-done by another contractor (which I am extremely pleased with!). I am hoping that the stucco work performed by Peter's sub-contractor, on 2nd & 3rd floor face of the building does not continue to crack further, or worse, detach itself from the brick surface and start deteriorating, crumbling to the sidewalk below.
