We are licensed in Pennsylvania (License Number PE077029) and West Virginia (License Number 18760) by their state boards of professional engineers. Fees can be charged hourly or fixed fee contracts can be provided. We have experience as subcontractors working for architects or contractors, being part of a design-build team, or as a direct consultant for developers or homeowners. We have connections with many other design professionals and contractors capable of meeting every need for your building.

We had a structural issue with a bedroom above a attached garage. Had Mike out to a**** the situation and recommend a solution. He provided detailed mechanical drawings of the solution. We then used these drawings with the general contractor who did the repair. Mike is very knowledgeable and approachable. Had to call him numerous times with questions. He even had some recommendations of contractors that he worked with in the past. Highly recommend him and his company. Project turned out to be a success due to a large part of his thoroughness.
