They were fantastic! The crew arrived on time and completed the move in the allotted time.

My wife and I have changed residences about seven times in 47 years.  This was the smoothest move of all that we've done.  The estimate from Zody's was detailed and helpful.   On moving day, they showed up on time and the four man crew was eager to work and they did.  Nothing was broken. Nothing was missing.  The estimate was more than the actual payment because we had sold some furniture and other items.  We did the packing which did save a lot of time and money so keep that in mind when you get estimates.  The crew leader is a very knowledgeable, experienced mover and will be very helpful solving any problems that arise.  We were very pleased with every aspect of this move and would certainly use their services again - BUT - don't count on it!!!  This is our last house and were staying.  I probably won't be able to recommend the next mover.

Movers were polite and worked quickly. Took about eight hours. We still have quite a few odds and ends that weren't boxed so they didn't move them. I only wish we would have moved room by room so each box and furniture got exactly where it was suppose to go. Master bedroom suite furniture was damaged and one whole dresser was missed in the move and they had to come back three days later and move the remaining piece. Would recommend but disappointed in the damage done to the one bedroom suite.

Arrived well before given start time. Thorough in going over paperwork. Took the time to look around and see what all was getting moved by them. 3 man team worked very effectively and efficiently together. Polite and professional.
**caveat** there was some damage done to a doorway when they were removing some larger furniture pieces and this wasn't mentioned to us. We did sign a waiver saying they could use due force for difficult items, but we thought it said they would discuss with us first. The damages weren't awful, but we were a little disappointed when we saw it.
Otherwise, these guys rock. This is the second time we have used them, they actually moved us into the home we were moving out of 4 years ago.

They charged $900. I would use them again in the future.

We got an on-site quote from a reputable moving company that was more than twice as much as this 4th-generation family-owned business gave us over the phone (they based the estimate on the number of rooms we had; they were going to come out at our request for an on-site quote, but we decided that wasn't necessary). They sent an experienced crew chief and two beefy college-aged kids. After getting the overview of what was going and what was staying, they formed and executed their plan. With a lot of hustle, they had the truck packed by noon. It was a 15 minute drive to our new home; they caught some lunch and then met us to unpack. They carried everything where we wanted it with good cheer. They even were both willing and able to lift some furniture that couldn't navigate a spiral staircase up a step ladder and through a disassembled railing into a loft area--that felt to me to be beyond the call of duty. We were a little nervous since Zody's was so much less than the first place we checked, as we had no reference information and they were so much cheaper. But we decided we could afford to take the chance, and we ended up very pleased. Their estimate was within 5% of the actual charge--a bulls-eye in my book. Nothing was broken or scratched from what I saw.
