The kitchen floor took 3 days to be completed, one day to remove the old floor, one day to do nothing and the 3rd day to install the vinyl. The workers wanted us to live with our stove and fridge in the living room, facing our fireplace. How does one live 3 days like that? We're to cook in a stove that we are unable to open?

I would not recommend them. We filed a complaint. They said that it would $75. I called to confirm the appointment and they stood my husband up. They did not call and when my husband called, they said that they had another job. Then we set another appointment and we had paid in full before it was done. The owner told my husband off and said that he was not going to give our money back. The son called us back and said that he would do the job and give us our money back. He also, apologized for the inconvenience. They gave me a receipt saying that they had put our money back on our card and a couple of months later I got a bill. They had charged our card double. then my husband called the son back and he apologized again and took it off again. Then I got a bill saying that we owed them money. We lived on the living room floor for a month. Once they did it; they did a good job. The quality was great and my husband said that the workers were great. We have not had a problem. They are inexpensive but, I would not trade the price for quality. Their customer service is terrible and they do not keep a very good schedule. I would have preferred a company that wanted my business. They were horrible. The gentleman that owns the company does not want to assist his customers. I would not use them again.

This was an exceptional job - we could not have been more pleased.  Starting with our initial visit to their showroom, the owner spent all the time we wanted with us; guided us through the process of selecting the best floor for our situation; explained in detail the process involved; let us bring his sample books home to help us decide on a pattern; and did not pressure us in any way to make a decision.  He then came to our home, took all the necessary measurements, and gave us a firm estimate and expected time to start if we decided to hire him.  Again, there was no pressure for us to make a decision on the spot.  One thing that helped us decide on this product and this company was their guarantee to replace the floor if we were not happy with how it looked within 60 days of installation - that's a hard guarantee to pass up.  Once we contracted for the job, we had to put down a 50% deposit with the balance due upon our satisfaction that the job was properly done.  It was about three weeks from when we placed the order until the flooring was installed.  The workers arrived on time, worked steadily with very few short breaks, and cleaned up as they finished each part.  The floor came out beautiful, exceeding our already high expectations.  Before we paid the balance, the owner made sure that we were completely satisfied with the quality of the work and the materials. Overall, it was a pleasant experience throughout.
