Recently purchased home and I think there is a problem with A/C and/or Exhaust. One bedroom is extremely warm and doesn't want to cool properly. I have a home warranty, called the home warranty company and they put me in contact with the company I'm writing about. They were timely in scheduling the appointment and arrived when the were supposed to, but I'm very disappointed in the service. The repair man looked in the bedroom, didn't even look at the vent, then went to the basement to look at the duct work, then when to the A/C unit to get numbers off of it. I paid $60 for the service call and I still haven't heard back from the company. I just wasted $60 plus the home warranty company has paid them.
