+ -1 moreEvery month I contact Kayhoe and ask when he is coming as he still has not shown up. He told me to be patient as he has people waiting for roofs for 7 and 9 months. Our deal was made in April to be done by mid June. It's almost August and he can't pin a date down even for this year. I demanded my money back. Meanwhile he's going on vacation to OC.
Description of Work: April 4, 2011 we made contract and I gave check for $900 (1/2 down pmt for job). He stated he could not do it until mid June. Still has not shown up. Each month I call, he gives me runaround and admitted he has people that have been waiting for 7-9 months. I have demanded my money back. Meanwhile, he's going on vacation at OC.
