Excellent. Hess came recommended from family members who had hired them for numerous projects including interior finishing on a new house and a new roof install. All good reviews. Jim and Dan provided the estimate. They showed up on time and were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They educated us about options and helped us choose the best approach. Once the door arrived, they called to schedule, showed up when they said they would, cleaned up after themselves, and left everything looking perfect.
