Mar Nygard was our agent from Exit Realty in Waynesboro. She was excellent. We had spoken with another agent who gave us an extremely low price. Mar explained how she came up with price she gave us and we felt it was a very reasonable price. She updated us often on the process and how things were going. Mar was always honest about what was going on with the property and was able to recommend a very good handyman to help with the repairs we needed. The buyers had some issues that delayed settlement twice and Mar kept on track with that. About a week after settlement she sent us copies of the listing and the various websites that the listing was showing on. I would highly recommend Mar as she is honest and truly cares about getting the most money for your property as she can rather than looking for a quick sale.
