Michael was able to fit me in very quickly and he didn't charge me for an emergency visit. He was personable and knowledgeable.

I originally called a different plumber in the area and got an estimate for the job (approximately March) and their estimate was around $1600. I decided to hold off for a little bit thinking it wasn't needed immediately. I later realized that the tile surround was loose and water was leaking between the tile and the floor, so I knew I needed the repair done sooner rather than later (this was in June). I called the same original company and their estimate now more than tripled to over $5000 for the exact same job that they gave me an estimate on because it was now their busy time of the year. I was extremely annoyed to say the least that their price jumped so much in a 3 month time frame. Needless to say, I looked around for another company. A friend at work recommended Braxton Plumbing. I called Michael and he came out within 2 days to give me an estimate. His estimate was $1500, so we told him we wanted to move forward. I had already chosen the new tub that we wanted (when looking through the other company) and he was able to get me the same tub. Within a week, he was out to our home completing the job. The only issue we had was that when our tub was delivered, the delivery people gave us the wrong surround for the tub, but Michael called them and had them bring the correct one to us the same day so he could complete the job. My new tub and surround was installed the same day he removed the old one! I was very pleased with his work and we do plan on using him again when we have any additional plumbing needs.

The owner is the one showing up at your house. He is a young guy. He is very responsive and his prices are very competitive. We were presented with a few options that we really like and he used quality products.
