Computer Training
When I started the class, it was fine. Everything was the way we had agreed in the contract. Later, they stopped offering the Mentored Learning, and it was too late to get a refund for the rest of my classes. I should have taken the hint when the person who signed me up stopped working there. The real-time online teachers are good, but you can't always reach them for support as you study for your test(s). There are no longer any teachers onsite to ask questions. It took months to get help resolving my issue, and it finally only happened because I called corporate. They only partially resolved the issue. The career services are basically non-existent. The test prep package that they give you (called MeasureUp) is not anywhere near hard enough to prepare you for the test. I know that it was not just me, because I know two other students who will state that their experiences were the same.
