They are fast taking offering me a service contract that no matter what happens to the computer even if it were my fault they would fix it. It turns out this is a telephone diagnostic fixing nothing. To show how they want questions, their telephone number is not on their receipt. Stay away!!!!!

Every problem I've had with an item from Micro Center was dealt with promptly and professionally. Everyone in this store is very courteous and a happy person. Says a lot about the company. I do as much of my computer purchasing through this store as possible. They are awesome!!

They couldn't repair the computer so we asked if they could take the data off the hard drive so we could put it on our new computer. They said they couldn't do that either. We ended up getting a new computer from them instead. The pricing was reasonable and the staff was helpful.

It was fine. They were really friendly and they were quick to perform the services to get rid of the virus. I've used them before for minor things. They were very knowledgeable and were able to tell me what was wrong with my hard drive when it wasn't working. They are nice. They are not too expensive.

They repaired my computer in a good amount of time. I have no complaints. The computer works and the price wasn't bad.
