The work was substandard.  The responsiveness is very poor.  There is no doubt that the price was very good.  However, they took shortcuts during the installation.  If you want an inexpensive job then they are probably fine.
If you are looking for a first rate job then I could not recommend them.  If you want quick response then I can't recommend them.  I wish I had gone with another vendor.  However, we do have a working unit and it was inexpensive.

None of the work was completed, he charged extra for un knowing reasons
The work was to be completed in July2012 , he disappeared , never answered to our tel. Calls , how ever he appeared in march of 2013
Asking us to pay him for the work that he never completed. Was one of the sorest experience, we are very sorry that we hired him in the first place.
Response from MAIN LINE ELECTRICAL COMPANY

"All work was completed according to the signed contract and specifications. Final payment was due pursuant to the contract. We attempted several times to collect final payment thorough invoices taped to mailbox, phone calls, and letters to no avail. We were left with no choice but to file suit in small claims court. Judgement was entered and customer was forced to pay his final bill. All court documents are available at our office for review upon request."

They did a good job, but they came in over estimate by a factor of about 50% which was a bit upsetting.  I may not call them again for future work due to this fact.
Response from MAIN LINE ELECTRICAL COMPANY

"Customer was given an estimate but customer also added new work that was not factored into the original estimate. Customer originally was to have halogen lighting installed outside but then changed to LED witch cost more but uses 1/5th the power consumption and the bulbs last approximately 60yrs. Note: Estimates are always the firm unless customer authorizes changes."

They charge a reasonable price and do good work. They are definitely worth the money and I am happy with their work.

Overall, we were very happy with their work. They billed by the hour, but when working, they worked non-stop and efficiently. Our only regret is not tearing down the old plaster walls before they started so that they can rewire much faster (plus we could have then placed drywall, which is easier to work with). Therefore, the final price was much much (>2x) more than we had expected it would be. There were some glitches. One problem was the wiring of the internet cables, the person who did this left their company. They acted fairly lost when it came to figuring out what he did and how to finally connect the computers. Eventually, they did, but it took a while. There were various other (minor) mistakes made, but as far as we can tell, we were not charged for them coming out and repairing these errors. The project was a large one and some errors are to be expected. They were messy. I'm told that most electricians are, but some of this may have had to do with trying to work with plaster rather than drywall. Nonetheless, they could have been more careful regarding where they left their power tools (e.g. placed on fine wood cabinetry or kitchen counter). On the other hand, since we were paying by the hour, I would not have wanted skilled electricians spending a lot of time cleaning dust. They took most of the old copper they removed. Probably should have at least offered to leave it for us to sell or to split the profit from selling this. I understand it can be worth a significant amount and we would have probably given it to them.

They could never get the sensors to work properly. The lights came on and stayed on for only about a minute, then go off for a few seconds, and then come back on for a few minutes. They have come back to try to fix it, but they've never gotten them to work properly. Now when I call, they won't answer and they won't return my calls.
Response from MAIN LINE ELECTRICAL COMPANY

"HI, I DON'T QUITE UNDERSTAND YOUR REPORT. THE JOB WAS $1900.00, NOT $1200.00. WE DID IT IN 05 AND YET YOU CALLED US BACK IN 06 TO DO SOME MORE WORK. WE STAND BEHIND OUR WORK AND WILL BE GLAD TO RETURN TO CORRECT WHATEVER IS IS. I LEFT MY NUMBER ON YOUR SERVICE. LET US KNOW WHEN WE CAN RETURN. THERE WILL BE NO CHARGE AS WE HAVE A (2) YEAR WARRANTY. IN YOUR CASE WE WILL EXTEND IT BECAUSE OF THE APPARENT MISCOMMUNICATION."
