Had used them in the past for similiar work. Completion depended on our bringing the computer to them for the work. Had to deliver the computer and software to their office and pickup when finished.

I took the computer to them (after Dell defaulted on an in-warrantee problem, but that's another story). They did an excellent job of diagnosing and repairing the prpblem for a reasonable fee. But they were backed up and took several days longer than they might have. However I have used them many times over the years (carry-in, not in-home) and in all cases they diagnosed and repaired the problem(s). I have never had anything they fixed go bad again. My A grade is based not just on this visit but on a total of 6 or 7. But, having gone over to the dark side (we bought Macs) I probably will not be seeing them again. Hmm, I'll need to check in a couple of years to see if they work on Macs that are out of warrantee.

Overall, I found the techs at IHAT to be competent and friendly. Also had Saturday service. Best to drop-off your computer, as in-home rates are higher. Their prices are a bit high, imo, but was outweighed by convenience.
