There is a visit charge of $89 for the first appliance and $50 for any second appliance. There is a $329 charge for doing any work on an appliance, that waives the initial $89 charge. All parts purchase passthrough costs seem to be at full retail price. So it turns into a very expensive option. Household Appliances is like a shell company that hires local workers on an hourly rate. Kinda like an Uber. The local appliance professionals who showed up were great - knew what they were doing, courteous, professional, fixed things. Just the cost seemed high because of the middleman.

Not very professional price to repair was to high did not properly diagnose the problem for the refrigerator while taking apart the refrigerator left screws in side of refrigerator I would not recommend or use again. Also they received 0 stars for everything
