Everything went well!! The rate was the best available at the time, and the costs to refinance (0 points) were very reasonable. They worked well with the title company I selected, and the entire transaction went off without a hitch. Top marks all around.

The process was handled with professionalism by Hamilton. The mortgage consultant was quick at answering questions and the online tool made it easy to submit all required documentation. Less than one month passed between initial contact to settlement date.
