 + -1 moreEverything went well!! The rate was the best available at the time, and the costs to refinance (0 points) were very reasonable. They worked well with the title company I selected, and the entire transaction went off without a hitch. Top marks all around.
Description of Work: I wanted to refinance my adjustable rate mortgage to a fixed rate mortgage.
